Delivery, cancellations and returns

Delivery terms and the full price are confirmed before payment for stock-check orders. RideNest includes standard UK delivery. Remote postcodes may need separate confirmation.

Consumers may cancel eligible online orders within 14 days of receiving them, then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Email us before returning anything. We will provide the correct authorised return address in writing for that item—do not send returns to the public contact address unless we tell you to.
